You cant see total number of page views via inkfrog
For quantity sold, just filter the listings that have a low quantity ( say, filter all listings less than 5 units of inventory and increase inventory of those listings using bulk editor)
Thats the only solution i have found so far.
Inkfrog is an amazing tool. There must be some good reason why they cant have these features in their software. (Maybe ebay doesnt allow them) |

setup sales tax table
add out of stock option to ebay store right from the tool (I know its possible shopmaster has it)
answer returns and open cases
automatic restocking
auto cross selling and up-selling in description and through emails
auto feedback and auto ask for feedback
auto digital items delivery by specifying presets for each item
quick development team to implement new features super quickly
import from ebay scrape
a good analytics and reporting tab
Hell yeah I would probably pay 150 for a tool that has all of this |
So, we had an idea to include stats like what you are asking for. And we actually built it. It was released as a premium addon feature called inkFrog Analytics. Unforutnately, it didn't pan out as we had hoped and it was shut down rather abruptly. I can't go into the detail on exactly what happened, but I can say that a certain company with a 4-letter name was behind the shut down. That's about all I can comment on it unfortunately. We are hoping to resolve the problem and bring it back but I can't make any promises on it. But I will say the analytics platform we built covered almost all of these stats you are asking about. It was fantastic.
The pageview issue is somewhat hard to show even if we could give you the data on it. There's a bunch of edge cases that creep in having to do with relisted items which is about 80% of the items put up for sale, especially with the new GTC rules that were implemented. Do you count pageviews/watchers/bids/purchases/etc from the prevoius incarnation of an auto-relisted item? That's just one example of some of the edge cases you run into with this kind of thing.
We want to offer a bunch of detailed information to our users like you are requesting, but there are players involved who for reasons unknown don't want some things going public. Again just to be clear - this is not a restriction set by inkFrog.
Regarding some of these specifics you listed:
There is an option to use the eBay tax table or to apply a state-specific tax. This is done via the payment profile section in the lister tool. I'd be happy to get our care team to walk you through how to use it if you'd like.

add out of stock option to ebay store right from the tool
|
You can out of stock an existing item by setting the quantity to zero. The listing will stay live on eBay but it will say it's out of stock. That saves you on the insertion fees if you get it back in stock later. eBay does not allow you to publish a listing with 0 stock available, that's against their policies and if you have a tool which offers this I would advise against using it to be honest as you'll be the one who gets in trouble with eBay. They have no problem with setting the stock to 0 after listing the item, but they don't allow you to publish an item with 0 quantity available.

answer returns and open cases

This is an interesting one, but it's a slippery slope to offer. I'm not even sure if this data is available in the eBay API. Are you aware of another eBay tool which allows you to manage cases and returns via their interface?
Could you elaborate on this? We offer a feature like this if you have Shopify, BigCommerce, or Amazon connected. But otherwise we don't have a way to detect that you have replenished your inventory. I'm not sure how you'd like to see this implemented, could you elaborate?

auto cross selling and up-selling in description and through emails
|
Cross selling is a feature available to Designer subscribers on listings.
Up/cross selling via email is forbidden by eBay. Will never happen with inkFrog unless eBay changes their policies as we will never offer a feature that violates eBay policies.

auto feedback and auto ask for feedback

Auto Feedback is available to Unlimited and Designer subscribers

See this post for details:

Asking for feedback, that's an interesting idea and might be something we could implement. eBay already does this to customers though so it might be redundant.

auto digital items delivery by specifying presets for each item

I like this idea. I really do.
How do you see that working? You upload the files to inkFrog and we have some toggle on the listing which sends the customer a link when they pay for the item? Or are you thinking just an automated message with a download link? I think the latter is what a few other services offer. I'd be willing to talk to our team about implementing this as a feature if I can have a clear idea of how it would work best for people.

quick development team to implement new features super quickly
|
You would probably be shocked at how large our engineering team actually is. It may not seem like new features get implemented often and that's because there is a ton of behind-the-scenes work being done. New infrastruture being developed, sometimes we release new features quietly to see if people notice or if we are just beta testing it, etc. We have an amazing team of developers right now, they are just squirreled away because developers by nature don't like talking to end users. That's what people like myself and our care team are for
You have to understand that what you see on inkFrog is not all there is. inkFrog built, manages, and maintains integrations with Shopify and BigCommerce and we have to devote resources to update them whenever those platforms changing things. And when eBay changes the rules (like they often do), we have to update inkFrog, those 2 integrations, the Amazon integrations, and a few other things we have our hands in. The public doesn't see any of the stuff going on behind the scenes, but I can assure you there is a ton of development work happening around the clock.
When people suggest new features via a ticket or phone or anything, we actually do submit it as a feature development idea. There is a long wishlist of features for this and the management team does review it constantly.
We can do this right now provided you own the account you wish to scrape.
I'm assuming you want the ability to scrape other seller's listings, which is a big grey area and I don't think that will ever happen to be honest. The liability for something like that is pretty huge.

At the moment no, but inkFrog is quite mobile-friendly as it is. Our dev team spent a considerable amount of time back in the fall making the inkFrog UI mobile-friendly for people.
