Ebay MC011
 

My ebay account which was out of the 21 day hold, was in good standing is now ****ed. I was selling a few fitbits on it. I listed ten fitbits on it and almost all of them were sold overnight. And to make things worse, it had a 2-3 day guarantee delivery. So many buyers were messaging me asking where the fitbits are and I had to delay them for days. Two of them ended up opening a dispute, I gave both the tracking but one of them made ebay deal with it, resulting in my favor. The other still hasnt replied on the tracking. Now this morning I wake up to see that my ebay account has been restricted. It is a stealth account. I have only been asked for the proof of delivery. But they did say they may ask for "additional information to appeal this restriction", which is most likely docs that I dont have since it is a stealth. What should I do now?

1. Attempt to restore the ebay account by giving them the delivery and hoping it gets fixed
2. Buy another ebay account and start again
3. Other

Also, is my paypal account also limited or can I take all the money out once the hold is gone?

if there is no hold,you can withdraw any time.
but if buyers file dispute,your account will turn negative

You might as well try to restore it. You should also have back up accounts waiting in the wings in case you need them since you never know what can happen.

So you didn't have enough items to ship out?

Is that the issue?

It sounds like they just want the tracking numbers. Not enough information.
