Hi, I was selling very well an item on my eBay account for almost 1 year and now they removed it because policy trademark violation, but other sellers are selling exactly the same product, I have relisted it twice and keep removing it, I want to file a counter notice for eBay Vero department, what do you recommend me?...

There is no such thing on ebay. All you can do is email the trademark holder. Ebay gave you the email address.

To be honest, the trademark holder will not respond positively or at all. They do not want you selling the item, hence have removed your item. The next step is ebay will temporarily suspend your account if you keep on listing an item that they clearly told you not to list. After than a permanent suspension.

Your account is now being watched closely since listing, and now relisting the item. You can be sure if you do it again the next strike will be the kill shot for this account.

Yeah, once you get striked down by copyright, the bots watch if you relist it, and if you do, I'm guessing it's not good news.

No, I think, if this product has a very large success rate and a good return, he should make several accounts, age them abit and then start spreading sales, ofcourse he'd have to be very careful with not linking accounts.
