Hello. So I created a new PayPal and eBay Stealth account.When I try to list an item to eBay,need a phone verification.
Now, can I do phone verification with another country phone number.

Like if I registered the PayPal and eBay account in Serbia,and verify the phone on ebay with UK phone number???

I recommend you just make an Serbian PayPal account, it's way easier than having to deal with UK PayPal.

Ah I see, he just has to use the Serbian number then.

You have to use the number associated with that account and that number has to match the country.

Otherwise it'll raise a flag.
