eBay Metrics & Calling in
 

I had an eBay case opened against me, and I told the buyer to return the item and I'd refund. eBay stepped in, told me it would not count against my metrics and he will return the item.

After the case finished, it counted AGAINST my metrics and is saying next month I will be BELOW STANDARD!

What should I do here?


Also, what's best bet to call in? Cell phone # spoofer? (I don't have original phone used to create account)

He asked them too after he refused to pay for ship label.

about the phone, update the phone number on ebay side. Make sure you keep that number from now on.

And yes, if eBay steps in it'll count against you refardless of what they say.

Call them and see if they are willing to take it off your account though.

Can I just use a spoofer and call with the number thats been on there since day 1?

If your spoofer is reliable and shows the old number, sure thing.
