First ebay return (how to handle this?)
 

Buyer bought a item, opened a case to say it doesn't fit. Its a laptop LCD. His mistake as I put the model number and all, he is clearly fitting it to another model.

Anyway, whats the safest way to handle this? I don't mind accepting the return,.. well I do, but im sure if I reject it he'll get ebay involved or even change the case to not as described. So I may as well accept it as is since he's paying to return it. But how do I handle the return address since its a stealth?

I don't have a forwarding address.

Should I change the return address to my home address (previously blacklisted with them)?

The account is private seller account and has been going for...approaching 5 years strong.

you can send him a return shipping label with your real address which means you will be paying for return shipping.
You are in UK,can you charge a restocking fee = return shipping $ since this is a case of buyer remorse.

I am just a private seller, so stocking fee won't work here. Plus, I didn't put it in the listing, and Im pretty sure here in the UK you wont have a leg to stand on by suggesting that in a auction.

If its expensive just send him a shipping label, count is as a cost of doing business,

Ignore the restocking fee idea, its not applicable to the UK.
