Payments on hold

So, I've started receiving instant payments since April 4th, but today, I've had 4 transactions in pending balance, I usually take a break of two weeks before selling again after selling 7-10 items, could this be why?

No, I forgot to say that eBay isn't holding, PayPal is.

some categories are high risk,comics is one.

In USA, they oftentimes do this on fresh accounts. Ebay stops holding and then paypal starts. It usually is only 7 days and goes away quick.

Holds are completely random from what I can gather. They can come and go as they please

That will happen now and then

Should be sort though if you have already have instant payments previously.
