Restricted account, can I use an old account I have
 

Im hoping someone can help please.

I have recently had my account restricted and wondered can I use another account I hold in my name which I have only used as a buying account.

I just verified it using a different phone number, so I could convert it into a seller account.

Im wondering now after reading loads on this forum whether they will just restrict this account also.
