Is buying an account and then changing the name, address and number bad?

I bought an account with good feedback and planning to buy an old (200) feedback one.
Before I buy, should I tell the owner to change the name, address and phone number to what I tell him to? Or should I do it myself?
The owner of the account is from Cali and I'm from NY. In other terms, a different state.

Better way is to do all these changes from the owner's IP if possible.
If not, do it yourself one at a time.

Yeah but I would have to change the name also, that would seem kinda suspect. I think it would be best to tell the owner to make the changes for me

Could you change the account to a business account and for the name just put an initial as the first name? I did this with a few of my accounts when I first went stealth and still have the account going.

Changeing the name to something totaly different could raise a flag but address name nothing to worry about there. just said u moved
