eBay selling restricted
 

***EBAY MC011***, The eBay and PayPal account I have right now is not stealth and just under a friends name. I sell brand goods and today my selling got restricted on eBay because I listed 10 new products from my original 3 and got a little greedy. What can i do to solve this, could i just open a new profile on my laptop and get a new vpn blocker and just make a new eBay account (with a new address, card, and name) and use my existing PayPal (i don't want to use a stealth account bc its to hard to sell brand goods) any advice?

You could open a new profile and use a different internet source but you're just going to come back here and create a new post asking what went wrong.

I suggest you go stealth and build the account up to sell brand goods.

I sell brand goods on many stealth accounts bought from trusted marketplace sellers.

Quality beats quantity and time is money.

Oh, the dreaded MC011. That usually means this account is toast, finished.

On MC011's eBay will almost always ask for docs, like receipts. They just use that to further ban you- they already have NO INTENTION of restoring this account, even if you get them what they ask for.

i would first give them a ring, you cant lose anything, see what they want, may be a dumb agent that unrestricted you, just answer a few basic questions.

As said, they may ban you.

You could either, login and remove all links to paypal while you still can, then forget that account and create another.

Or

Try to get the account back by ringing them and see if they want to ask you some basic questions. However, if they further restrict you to a "non registered user" you wont be able to login to remove links.

( you can do it via pp side still )

Did you do duplicate listings of the same product, if so then there is a chance that you will be reinstated.

If you got a vero complaint then your account is toast

cant use the same Paypal account for a stealth account,it would be linked .

Good luck, that account is dead. Maybe try and sell somewhere else? Or start stealth.

Best to start fresh and stealth - with more than 1 account
