Not able to pay ebay fees with Paypal balance?
 

Has this happened to anyone?

When I try to pay Ebay fees with Paypal balance, my Paypal says using balance is not available at this time (even when there is more than enough funds in Paypal that's available for withdrawal). I also can't use my bank that's linked to Paypal. Does anyone know how to correct this?

I even ended up buying a Vanilla One prepaid cc but Ebay won't process the card! And now after 3 tries it won't let me use the same credit card for another 7 days. Are there any other prepaid gift cards you guys are using to pay your seller fees? Not sure why I'm running into all these road blocks with paying my fees.

You can't withdraw money to your bank, or you can't pay ebay fees with the bank attached to paypal?

No it’s not giving me the option to do that (pay with bank or balance).
Does anyone know why?

Also, VanillaOne CC keeps getting declined by eBay

You need a card that will work internationally, vanilla is US only so they get blocked.

Isn’t op in USA though?

So the card should work. Another option is to send them a money order to pay

I used One Vanilla Prepaid and it worked for me.
Just don't use Vanilla GIFT cards, those don't work.

The first time I tried, the charge was declined and I later found it didn't match the zip code on the Vanilla card to the same one listed on the eBay account, so you might take a look at that.

Really? The vanilla gift cards don’t work?
I just tried one a few weeks ago and I put the zip code exact;y the same.

I tried two Vanilla Visa Gift cards (both brought from Walmart) and they were not accepted. This was late last year.

Doesn’t the one vanilla prepaid require a ssn why do they make so many confusing lol

it sounds like Ebay is checking AVS,and the zipcode and /or the street number do not match

The ONE Vanilla Gift Card did not work last time even though AVS was fine (correct zip code). I am going to try again tomorrow for a different account.

Are there other VCCs we can buy at Walgreens/CVS that will work to pay fees?
