Suspended eBay Account Fees

I have eBay+PayPal Stealth Account.
About week ago eBay have suspended my account and today they have sent message that I should pay them 250$ fees till May 15. Can I not pay? Can they suspend/freeze my PayPal account?

EBAY CANT charge your Paypal account,it will be turned over to collection

They will not suspend your Paypal account for non-payment of your eBay fees. You will be suspended due to some other reasons.
Why won't you pay the fees tho?

Because they have suspended my account without any reasons.

They askem me to send them my Driving Licence and any bill.
I have sent them it, and after 3 days they have suspended my account.
I have chat with them and they told me that I pose a threat to buyers. Thats all.

Anytime that eBay says you "pose a threat to the community" (or words to that effect) that simply means the account is pretty much toast. They don't like something about your selling practices, or there was some sort of serious security issue they are concerned with.

If the account is in your real name details, any unpaid balance may go to collection, depending on your countries laws and regulations for debt collection.

Always pay fees ya they are a pain and screw us over at times but it’s only right to pay when you use someone’s service.

They are not going to give you an exact reason im afraid

You have sold on their platform though so you do need to pay their fees.
