eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - PayPal not let me to send money!

How old is the PP account? Sometimes just trying to straight send money with a newer account doesn’t work, you need to take some tome building up some browser history / cookies

Start accessing the account form the same browser on a regular basis. And then transferring out small amounts. You need to take time building it up

But i use everytime the same browser.Always clear the cookies before login...
And i tried to send 18EUR,this is not big amount….

Do not clear cookies everytime you login
just make a new user account on windows and you dont have to delete anything

Your issue is clearing the cookies. You need to build them up so PP knows the traffic is coming from the same person.

I contacted the PayPal support via Twitter,and they said,i should wait 24 hours and try again,because my account is currently flagged.
I don't know what causes this problem.

Clearing cookies that's what flagged you account, you keep logining form different new ips/location without cookies so the system can't confirm its you !

PP support on Twitter are useless, their only their to move people to private support messages and not slag off PP.

I wouldn’t hold your breath on the 24 hours just keep building it up and try again in a few days

Thank you everyone for helping me!
But the PP support said now i shouldn't login to my account, and not trying to make any transaction until 24 hours.
So i can't build up anything now. Next time i will keep the cookies.
