How to pay for Labels?

I have a new Stealth Account set up with a new PayPal hooked to it.

I sold 3 items for 0.99 cents each and need to buy and print USPS labels. Once I go to purchase them I obviously do not have the funds in PayPal due to $2.97 being in there + on the hold. If I hook up my personal card to that does that affect anything? Can they track my card and card name to flag my eBay?

It would be safer to just print the labels outside of eBay.
