Every 30 days, but you must hit the limits to get an increase.

Or after 30 days you can ask them for an increase. I have asked directly and they upped all accounts from 10/£650 to 100/£3000-£3900 ... this is within 35 days of account creation.

At present, my account has been in operation for 30 days and received a favorable rating from 1 customer. At present, the praise is 100%, but I am afraid, if I call them, if there are some questions that are not answered perfectly, they may directly Limiting my account sales, I am worried because I have friends who have encountered such a thing.Thanks

Ok, try and get to 10 seller feedback before you call.

They will ask whether you are selling personal items or if you are a business seller.

Depending on what you say they will either increase your limits or deny it and give you reasons. I don't think they will ban you.

Some customers do have issues contacting ebay, it can cause issues depending on how they access the account, what there setup is like, if they are linked to other accounts or not etc.

Limit increases will come naturally, you don't need to contact anyone and you can get very nice automatic increases.

Do you know how long will they increase? Because the old account is automatically added once a month, what about the new account? Will it be automatically increased in 3 months?

Automatic increases can happen at anytime.

I've had them with 1 week of selling one item, I've had 2 limit increases within a week before, etc.

No. Increases aren't based on having 10 feeeback.

You can try live chat and tell them to increase the limit. Done this many times. They will ask you what products will you sell and stuff like this.

Always found best to call them with regard to getting an increase on limits i have found wait 2 months with a good 500/10k account usually rises to 1000/15,000 or at least that's what the pattern has been for me over the past year or so.
If you have less than a 500 limit account give me a dm i have a number of spare 100/3500 accounts you can have for free i don't particulary like them.

Would anyone consider purposefully linking two stealths? If one had high limits so new account gets a higher limit?

You need to start selling for that, as you sell items without issues they will increase it. I suggest making enough listings so that your sold+listed total is near your limit, that way they will increase after you sold a few so that you can keep selling.
