eBay account has not been activated yet
 

so after I created My first ebay stealth account I found this and I dont know what it means..
"Your account has not been created.
Your eBay account has not been activated yet. Accounts are not accessible until an actual debit or credit has first been posted to the account, even though you may have already filled out our account creation form. This message confirms to you that you have no credit or debit balance at this time."

Can anyone tell me what should I do?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ebay --> Account Settings --> Set Automatic Payment Method

I tried but I keep getting this message from ebay saying that I must to be in the US to set a payment method ( I created ebay/PP in the US using Ipburger)

i havent got that far yet but I believe the ebook got that covered

right now i just wanna get the account set and ready for sell

She (or he) can take a trip to the good ole US of A...alternatively, can speak to HSBC for access to US accounts but there might be a heavy sum of money to deposit for the privilege

Exactly seems like me and rsot are the only ones on the same page without a us bank account a us Paypal is worthless with the new claim now in effect

There located out of the us and trying to make a us eBay/Paypal account which is pointless to do unless you have access to a US bank to withdrawal funds too

The other way you can legally open a USA bank account as a foreign national is to use the services of an incorporation Registered Agent (RA) in a state like Nevada or Delaware. They will set up the business entity (LLC or Corp) along with the bank account for a fee. This might be must less costly or complicated than using a Multinational bank like HSBC, Citibank, BNP Paribas, etc.

The services of an RA are not cheap; expect to pay over $1,000 to setup the business entity; File Organizational Paperwork With the State, Operating Agreement, Articles, and so forth. The RA will also take care of the EIN filing with the IRS for you and open the accounts with a bank located in the state of incorporation.

If you plan on operating a serious eBay business and it's intent as more than a hobby of yours, this might be the better option.

I don't have all the answers, and things change often in this world. I encourage the OP or anyone to do their independent research, especially as it pertains to legal and financial matters.

I was wondering if I could use Payoneer to verify Paypal ?
Ofc I know it is hard to link those two companies but I also know guys who managed to withdraw PP funds using payoneer...

Will check that out never knew someone out of the us could open an account in the us and op I don’t think you can but we will see what others say
