new ip address, same address?

if you have your own paid internet service at home, can't you just unplug the box, wait 10 min, replug, and get a different IP address each time that way?

Most internet providers give you a dynamic IP so yes it should.

But to double check google “What’s my IP” and the. Reset your router and check again to make sure it’s changed

Changing IP address may not be enough.

physical address is the main identifying factor, IP is very secondary nowadays, people switch IPs all the time from being on mobile network or public wifis
