Do you have the buyer's e-mail from paypal payment? Or ask buyer for e-mail to send business return address.

Email the return to the buyer then - you could pay directly through Paypal but you could and change the return address manually, sending the buyer new return label?

if I use friend name and address in the return address, would be that ok for ebay?

That would be fine - they won't care where the return is delivered as long as you issue a refund once it's delivered.

Alternatively you could go to any courier's website, purchase and email the label to the buyer directly, and have the return shipped to you rather than your friend. You are given the option in the return request to provide a tracking number for a shipping label you purchased externally, so you would still by 100% compliant with eBay policy.

There's no risk in putting your real name if you purchase the return label outside of eBay and email the label to the buyer outside of eBay. It's how we've handled all of our returns for years.

We use USPS but clearly that wouldn't be an option for you. But you could go to the UPS/fedex/DHL (or whatever courier) website and buy the label there. Then you email it to your buyer and upload the return tracking number to eBay. Then you wait for the return to arrive.

Perfectly safe but I can understand your hesitation.

Sometimes buyer when has a doubt he will report me, because my real name is different from culture of the stealth name. lets say the stealth is Tony and the real name is salah e.g.

The chances of that happening are probably 1 in 10,000. The chances of eBay taking action against your account because of a report like that would be 0.

It's common for hundreds of sellers to have shipments going out from the same warehouse. Because of that, and the general popularity of fulfillment companies, eBay does not do any linking of accounts based on return addresses or tracking numbers.

Doing what I said eBay would never even see the return address since you're only uploading the tracking number. eBay isn't going to suspend your account because a random buyer calls them up and says the name on your return label looks weird. The buyer would have no idea who's supposed to receive their return shipment, so they probably wouldn't even care unless you forget to refund them after the return arrives.
