First 90 days high risk items

Hi all.
Figuring out the best way to get a new Ebay up and running thanks to the Stealth Guide and this forum.
I've talked to a few sellers on these forums in regards to buying ebay accounts, primarily to get around the first 90 days issue alongside higher limits. Basically all of them reiterate the stealth book - Fly under the radar for 90 days. So whether I start fresh, or buy from a seller, it seems I have to abide by the whole 90 day rule.
So, why is that?

Unfortunately, I don't have 90 days of substituted income like that.
I have thousands of dollars worth of inventory I need to move.
So, with that being said, I sell gaming PC's on ebay, or used to.
I kept it pretty clean and safe, but eventually I ran into some issues which eventually led me to being suspended.
Again though, this is my livelihood, so I plan to sell Computers regardless of the first 90 days. I plan to be legit, and be the best seller I can be, and prevent any issues that would lead to suspension yet again.
Ill also have a new PayPal account under my name, so everything will be on the up and up. I can start small (maybe $5000 a month in sales) which would be good enough. If I am truly doing nothing wrong and being totally 100% legit, would this still really cause issues?
Does anyone have any EXP in this?

Gaming PCs sound like very high ticket item, you're better off starting with much smaller cheaper items otherwise its going to limit you. Plus your account is going to have no feedback. Alternately you CAN buy an aged account that already has sales and feedback though, that would be your fastest way to get back in the game.

I definitely would not "start small" ($5,000 a month), more like $1,500 throughout the month, just my opinion though

It's not about going legit or not. The reason most of us is here originally is because we got suspended unfairly.
