If I don't pay ebay fees for sold its, do they send letters to my pshisical address or only emails?

Eventually they will send letters to the address and pass on the debt to a collection agency.

Contacted ebay and got the owing fees reduced 10%, happy days

Should've aimed for a deeper discount. Sob story about family members getting hurt in a bad accident could have got you 25% off, lol. :lol:

If my ebay account is blocked, can I change my address? I don't want to receive letters from them. I would add not existing address.

If its blocked and you owe them fees they will pursue it at the address registered at the time it was blocked

They aren't going to forget your address if you owe them money. Just pay what you owe.

I have changed the address. Ebay allowed to do this.
Do you have such expierance that ebay send letters to old address which were active befere ebay account has been blocked or this is your guess?

If I have account in ebay.com do they send letters also to Latvia or only in USA teritory?

You sold a big amount so you owe them a big amount. People trying to dodge fees aren't really welcome by anybody here. When you dodge fees that you rightfully owe, you force eBay to tighten down their security even more which makes it even harder to operate stealth accounts.

You really should just grow up and pay what you owe. They aren't going to forget your address and they ARE going to send your debt to collection agencies if you choose to rip eBay off. After that the collection agency will send all sorts of paperwork to whatever validated address they have for you attempting to collect what's owed from you.

Then that means you sold a lot and made a lot of profit...

That’s the wrong attitude for this forum. We aren't about avoiding fees we all just want to run successful businesses which means paying for services we have used.

Changing your address won’t help you in this case, eBay collections aren’t stupid they will chase you at the address you had on before.

To avoid all this just pay your fees!!
