Prepaid CC for paying ebay fees on stealth accounts?

would like to avoid using paypal for this
is there any card i can reload using paypal and use it to pay ebay fees ?

No, there's no card you can reload with Paypal and pay your fees with.

If there were you'd just be adding a complicated middleman to your setup.

how about reloading it with CC ? or with bitcoin ? or any other way for that matter ? possible?

I think that paying eBay directly from PP is the easiest and it builds more history.

Why don't you wanna do it this way?

if its a US account, you can buy one time use VCC to pay fees. Will need to pay a new vcc for every month, which means you'll have to pay annoying $4.95 every time. But, still.
