Google pay is an option for buyers in Ebay managed payments.

Can you sell on ebay with just a google pay account or do you still need paypal?

Dude...You need an eBay account...Its a Fu#$ING payment option for BUYERS. What does it have to do with selling?

No you can't. It's just an option for buyers in eBay's new payment interface.

In order to accept Google Pay you would first have to be accepted into eBay managed payments (adyen) which as far as I'm aware, is only available to USA sellers and sellers in very limited parts of Europe. (I only mention Europe because I saw somebody mention a few weeks ago that it's starting to roll out to Germany's eBay)

Feels nice to have one of the cool features rolled out to us first, for once. You guys can still "chat" with eBay where we have to call so it's fair in my book. :lol:

It does however seem, that its getting harder to get on chat in the uk recently. Always seems to be give us call, or we call you options.

I’ve noticed the same recently too, I used to find that 10:30am - 11:00am was a sure fire time to get onto chat but I’ve not had it for days

Pain in the back side as I can’t stand phoning up. At least with chat I can be doing other stuff at the same time.
