eBay check out is messed up
 

So I have a buyer's account on eBay, no paypal and I use credit card to pay.

Their system is so messed up. same credit card would be declined on one transaction then it'd be ok on the other.

They're going through a ton of growing pains at the moment. This could have something to do with some sellers on the new payment system and some sellers on the old system. Payments can potentially be processed by two different companies so your results could vary between sellers even when using the same card.

Haven't had any issues with managed payments checkout or Paypal checkout myself recently.

I noticed that while paying fees today. it wouldn't take my payment at first, then I refreshed it and it took it after that. Maybe that explains my really horrible sales today./
