I have a few questions, just say for instance youve had a ebay and paypal account years ago they where banned, what are the chances of opening up another one same name diffrent address the lot only thinks that will be same is the IDs?

What are the chances of that ?

Name and DOB would be the same so they would get linked

It may take a few days or may take a few mo the but it will eventually get linked

really? but there could be others out there with same name and dob ? or is that just to strong of a link?

You already have the stealth guide and it clearly says it won't work.

I suggest you cast aside your desires and be mentally ready to just follow and do what the guide tells you to do.

Sure there could be, but the ID would be the same so that really would be the kicker. Its just not a long term solution im afraid.

what about if that person has never sent in the license before but the passport they sent in is different from the old one that was sent in ?

License ID has never been sent in to ebay or paypal
