Ebay editing return address
 

Hey guys,

I had someone open a return case. I usually just issue full refund to the buyer and have no issues but this time buyer is insisting to return them even after telling about the full refund. My question is, I'm purchasing the label from Ebay via Paypal account balance. There is an option of editing the return address in the shipping option for the return. Will it actually be delivered to the edited address or will it still go to the paypal/ebay attached address on the account?

I don't mind losing the item so I just put a random address (A hospital). Would you guys think this would be ok?

Why not just REFUND them, and not waste money on a label?

Once you issue the refund it should close the return, just send a message via Ebay or email the customer directly and give them the return address.

Just click refund and ignore them.

Friend, what business do you do? I wish I had problems like this.

You are a US person. Look in your area for UPS stores. Also many storage places do it. Just call and say you lose packages, you only get 1 or 2 a month but can I send my packages there? They will charge $5 or $10. Then when you have an ebay return, add that address. Spell your name a little wrong John Smiht. Easy peasy.

Wow ... he/she insists upon returning the item ? sounds like a dream customer. Many customers are out there to rob you if you aren't looking.
