Login in Holiday

Hi, i will be shortly in holiday in portugal and I live in UK, what about login with same device (mobile) for one account would be that ok? or another pc (like internet cafe) for another account?

Can you not “go on vacation” and leave eBay for the duration of the vacation. (Lucky you.)

is very difficult not to login and check (2 weeks), 2 listing would be finished during vacation and neighbour will sent the items. why is it risky to login? people travel and eBay-Paypal can understand that?

If your using your mobile from overseas when you are within the EU you can tether to it you will be given a UK IP address

2 weeks, i have used my mobile for one week in asia before (i didn't taken into consideration this before) it was no problem

just not login and i have my peace in mind, one question please, if I move to africa for example, what are my options? I need just to change my registration address? that is it?

No - do like James said and get the right IP with a VPN - or just check e-mails.
