eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Ebay wont let me checkout

Hi
I'm a newbie with the use of Ebay
I created my Ebay account primarily to buy stuffs and not to sell
I pay using Ebay giftcards and that requires me to have a USA PayPal account, so I bought a vcc on this forum and created a USA PayPal account and linked it to my Ebay.

Initially everything was going fine but now whenever I try to checkout it redirects me to PayPal and PayPal keep asking me.to add a debit/credit card, of which I already have one added to my account.

Is my PayPal limited? Or the vcc i added is bad.
How do I solve this problem please.

The vcc you added is most likely prepaid
and they want you to add a debit card

I basically created it using a dedicated ip and has been using the same ip in accessing it since then.
Bought a vcc and a US phone number here on the forum and added it.

All.my goods are shipped to my US address
I havent in anyway or for any reason contacted a seller since I've been using my account, so shipping address shouldn't be the problem
