negative feedback

hi there, i have new stealth (2 month old) with 14 positive feedback, I got one negative unfairly (he said it is ⊗⊗⊗⊗) from one idiot, the item is 100% authentic, the buyer didn't contact me before the feedback he just put it straightaway. I have contacted him but no answer, then I have reported to ebay. is that risky for stealth to report such a case? i dont want to call, there is no chat option.

No, it's not risky to report negative feedbacks. We report everyone we get but it very, very rarely has any effect. 99% of the time though we are able to get them removed by calling in.
