cant link paypal or creditcard
Hello
i have an account where ebay removed the creditcard and i cant link i new one.
I paid the fees with a vvc and selected to attatch it as auto payment method: fees were paid but card wast attached.
made a new paypal, attatched vcc and verified it:
We're sorry. We weren't able to set up pre-approved payments at this time. Please try again later.
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.
paid 1 gbp with that paypal, worked wihtout problems.
i tryed different ebay sites such as ebay.com ebay.de and everywhere the same result.
called ebay and they told me some bull****.
anything i can do or toast and go next acc? |
