Re: Small amount of views.
It would take time for you to get visibility assuming you get everyother thing right. I usually wait up to a max of 10 days before I start to get worried.
Here are a few things I consider helpful to get good visibility.
Good title that contains relevant kewords.
Detailed descriptions.
Wise use of your "item specific" - I get outstanding, targeted traffic from there.
Long return window.
Beautiful photos.
Competitive pricing.
Etc.
Your 'page views' information is incomplete without details of your 'Listing impressions' and 'Click-through rate'
You can find this information under performance tab in seller hub.
There are many reasons you could have low listing impressions but in your case; If you have low listing impressions then something is either wrong with your listing or your niche isn't popular, or your listing is new - which I suspect in your case.
If your listing impressions are high, but your page views are low, then you may have the problems listed above in addition to a lot of competition. Think selling iPhone cases, for example.
To summerise, my three steps are:
A. I would first check that the item I intend to stock sell quite well on eBay AND that I can compete. I will not stock an item if it does not pass this test.
B. All the listing checklists above.
C. Time, time time. Allow your listings time to grow.
Good luck
