IP address when visiting

If an eBay user in good standing visits the home of one that has been suspended, the laptop of the user #1 inherits the IP address of the other since they are on their router. If user #1 uses their good eBay account while at the home of user #2, will they be suspended by association?

If the good user has a rock solid account I would say one login would be fine

As long as cookies aren't shared there would never be any damage.

Cookies are what they mostly take into consideration because ip sharing is pretty common anymore but still I like to try and avoid if it if I can
