Suspended after 1st listing, then restored.
 

Hi All

I have been wondering if this is a good thing. Every time I set up a new account, PayPal verify etc, as soon as I list a low risk low value item they suspend me within 24 hours.

Then I call them up, they ask a few nonsense questions and then restore the account.

Does anyone think this helps make the accounts stronger as they have then had a manual review by a human.

I also always ring in the evening so I get through to foreign call centre as I find them better at this. But not for anything else!

The only thing I can think of is listing to quickly. But they send out emails encouraging you to get listing!

The rep said ‘it’s something we often do with new accounts’ they tend to make things up though

It must be annoying if it does happen people setting up their first ever non stealth account. But we will never know as I doubt they post on here!

Something must not be right within your setup. What are you using for your phone number and what VCC are you using?
