I have made new German eBay Stealth account with this setup:
Profile: MLA
IP: Residential IP (not static)
Phone number: Real Sim
PayPal account: New but with previously linked bank account
Ebay: Started Listing immediately after registration and linking PP.
But again got suspended what is the problem?

Bank account has to be new one to be on safe side,
Do not start listing immediately, ideally first week just browsing and looking around, start listings from 2nd week but not more than 2 items in a week.

1. You used a previously linked bank account? and PP accepted it?
2. I prefer waiting 1-2 weeks, browsing and bidding before selling but others sell right away. In few other threads, ppl get suspended and call in to answer questions and have account reinstated - have you tried this?

2- So there maybe a chance if i start selling away without waiting? if i have to wait it should be 2 weeks?
