Buyers constantly P*** me off

Im getting really irritated dealing with buyers that get pissed off because I dont reply to them. But in actuality, i reply to BOTH their ebay messages and to their email addresses. Then I get some junk attitude from them because theyre effing stupid.

Im venting :rant:

I feel your pain!!. Are you referring to the moron's that bid before they read what they are bidding on and then after they win the or buy then they get pissed off at the seller because they are too stupid to READ WHAT THEY ARE BUYING!!!!. Hmmm.. I feel your pain!!

Are you by any chance referring to those that SEND their message from the internal ebay system but LOOK for the reply in their email, yet they have not updated ebay to reflect the email they've been using since 8 years ago and ebay shows the email they had 9 years ago - thus your reply goes to 9yr old address?

I used to get that crap all the time. Now, I just don't answer questions. My listings are complete. Not good enough? Tough!

Thats exactly what im talking about. Ive been replying to both ebay internal and their specified email addresses lately and still getting the same results! When I start getting attitude from a buyer because of their ignorance, thats where I draw the line. :juggle:

Yah. That really grinds me too. I'd say it violates TOS and any guilty buyer should automatically lose any dispute and forfeit double the price of the purchase as a penalty. Then permanent ban to follow immediately.

With bad settings for their mail, how can e-pal side with them when there is every reasonable doubt that we have communicated, but the dumb-@sses are at fault for not getting it?

Or just cancel all bids placed by anyone who asks a question, then ignore the question. It's not like doing that will prevent your item from selling. There's always somebody else to fill the gap. Somebody who can read and already knows what they want.

eBAY is filled with idiotic buyers...it has millions of views in traffic, if you want to be conservative and say 25% are dumb, that leaves millions of morons to be pissed for nothing :)
