Software program for managing & control all ebay/amazon accounts work
 

Hello there,
I run many ebay accounts and got many sells each day and ll this work I manage trough software that I special created for this purpose. I would like to upgrade the software and I doubt if I should make it compatible for other users to use it.
Here are some of the functionalities the software have:

PROFILES in this section you can add new profile and control of the profile lists: ACTIVE, PP COUNTDOWN,LIMITED
You change the status of each profile manually, lets say you are asked for documents, you click on my active profile list and find the account, click on change status button, and select the rquired documentation. After this profile will be listed in Pending/Warning profiles list. Once the documentation is sent you can change the status depending if the documents are accepted. If the documents are not accepted the prifile get paypal countdown status and you will be alert after 180 days that the profile is ready for withdrawal .. If the documents are accepted your account will return in my active profile list now with "verified" mark on it.
With the software you get full control off if the profile is Verified, Withdrawable, if it works with VPN, the period of all the statuses the profile have had(eg active for 3 months - verified for 1 month...)
Also there is control of all the profile's costs. eg profile cost(if you bought the profile), Phone number, Vpn server(you select the amount and the period it is paid for VPN ) VCC... All this costs are evident and are included in further calculation for the profit of the profile and the profit in total.

WAREHOUSE here you add all the items you have in stock. from this list you can see for each item how many pieces are available, reserved(listed on an account, or sold) By enterring in each account you see the details of the items. Order price, period that is in stock, sell history, profit calculation....

MY RESERVED PRODUCTS is tab where you control the items you have reserved/put on listing for each profile. Once you have order for any item you select the product trough the profile you have reserved it to, put the address, sell price and click on sell.

SELLS is the tab you get control of all the sells. Here is not dispatched list where orders are waiting to be dispatched and once you put tracking number and the delivery price the items moves to dispatched/sold items.
In this tab you get all selling statistics : top selling items, top profitable items, most sell items for given period ....

FINANCIAL REPORTS is the tab where you get control for all the money statistics and control of all withdraws, refunds, expenses, incomes, outcomes...


I have to write all days and would not be enough to explain the software.
Please give me any recommendations and suggestions for the new software and advise if you would need such a thing.
We are 4 sellers using current software for 4 years. But as the business grow the software needs new features. I need recommendation for connecting the software with ebay/amazon. Will it be safe or not?

I recall ORCL sales man contacted me via Yahoo shopping many years ago on some payroll system they have,but back then most sellers are either solo or brick and mortar with few employees,what we need back then is inventory system,not Payroll.
There is a need for updating inventory record when an item is listed in multiple venues and if it is sold on one venue,it would be removed or quantity updated in other venues.
I heard there is such a service but few wants to pay the monthly fee

There is always the risk that such software will collect data/passwords to be set somewhere to somebody.

This might not be the case but I would not risk my accounts safety.

That's true ilcarletto. Even if the software were clean, people wouldn't naturally trust it.

OP I do not know if you intend to give this software away freely. If you do, then it will be best to post the source code.
What was it written in?
I have a million questions and recommendations but I can only get out a few.

How does it interact with eBay, via API?
Does it have IP address management?
Some people use different browser profiles under one window account, and others use multiple windows user account; some even use VMs. How will the software perform in cases like those above?


Recommendations:
Send and receive eBay messages. Retain canned responses.
Validate customer address on known shipping websites in major countries that allow it, like Royal Mail UK for example. (may need to solve or bypass ReCAPTCHA)
Check tracking numbers on known shipping websites in major countries. (may need to resolve or bypass ReCAPTCHA)
Carry out basic functions on eBay like responding to cases and returns. Cancelling purchases, etc.

I'm sure other members here can come up with a better list than mine...
Your software has got potential especially if it simplifies or automates some day to day task on eBay
