Help with Payment policy

Hello everyone!
I need to change something in my Payment Policy, and for some reason its not working...

This is what I am getting.
No matter how many times Im refreshing its still the same.
Will be super grateful for any help!

I have 2 accounts I waited over 2 days now..
Not sure what to do.
Did anyone run into this problem?

I find I usually do not have the privilege to create business policies until the account has reached some kind of maturity in eBay's eyes.

Try applying a similar policy on an aged account that is active just to confirm.
