eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - True UK accounts better than US??

i rather get usa stealth personally. not worried about the 200/20,000 1099k really
i have 3 other usa stealths with no problems just wondering if it got hard to get new stealth these days

There is this Irish lady who lives in Ireland and visit London regularly,has a UK bank account and sell on EBay UK and collect payment via her Paypal UK account.
One day Paypal restricted her account and ask for IDs,one of them is a UK driving license which she does not have.
Does UK have similar requIriments like EU when you collect GBP 1500 ??????

why would Paypal and Ebay suspend/restrict an EBAY seller when he listed,sold ,collected payment via Paypal but never ship anything,just upload a tracking number?
why should anyone care if he ships nothing or something as long as the buyer does not complain?????????

Like Ebay /Paypal suspended this guy who never ship anything but upload a tracking number,it is FBI which investigated him.
And the Irish lady being asked to show her UK driver license?
And the Australian precious metal dealer who has $80K restricted by Paypal?
And Ebay asked for medical records to reinstate an Ebay seller who fell sick and his Ebay account suspended?
