180 days withdrawal funds lost for good?
 

So its been 180 days and I received an e-mail yesterday saying my funds were available for withdrawal. I didn't see any button to withdraw my funds so I called a representative and asked she ended up trying to put in a ticket to so they could manually withdraw my funds. During this time I also upgraded to a business account to place my business address so the check could go there. This morning I spoke to another representative just to confirm everything and make sure the other representative knew what she was talking about.

1st told me I would have to wait 180 days even though I received an email saying they were available for withdrawal then she said because of the cases I have on the account only (2)its too high risk and I would have to wait an additional 180 days to withdraw the funds.
(Mind you I haven't received any e-mail from Paypal saying that we can't do business with you anymore) Any thoughts?

its strange.i never seen before.
maximum hold time is 180days.

Converting your account may have raised some red flags.

Only thought I have is to keep waiting like they said. Or keep trying to call in until you get a sympathetic rep.. which is rare but possible.

I might wait because, I did have some other stealth accounts that should be available for withdraw in 4 weeks so maybe I'll try again. Normally its fairly simple just to withdraw

converting your account and using a different address,it could become a new case so another 180 days withholding

But I converted it after the 180 days was up that doesn't make sense. Also apparently they parted ways with me(I haven't received an e-mail) so I have to wait 180 days to get the funds released. I guess upgrading to a business account did something. So is there no hope for getting my funds out instead of waiting another 180 days? That's so ridiculous. I waited 180 days then comes time to withdraw sorry we're parting ways so you have to wait another 180days(not sure how true it is) wtf?

Even if they did part ways with me normally when you log into to Paypal when that happens you get "Sorry we're parting ways...etc"

you not just upgrade to business account,you also change your address.

I upgraded to a business account after I received the "180 days e-mail "and I upgraded to a business account and place a different address on there. So my old address is still on there I didn't change it just a new one to receive the check I was supposed to get.

After speaking to several representatives I'm getting the impression none of them have any idea what they're talking about.
