What is the process behind making a semi-linked account

I would appreciate the help, sicne many veterans suggested this is the idea way to make a new stealth account.

If you want to make a stealth account, you'd need the know-how in the stealth guide.

A semi-linked account on the other hand, need no guide. Skip one important step and you're there. :d

Yes, but which step? IP? Linked cookies? Same phone number? Etc.
