I don't call them, my accounts aren't get closed down when I create them.

But if I do ever have to call them I use the help options from within the ebay account and request a call the the accounts registered phone number which is always a PAYG SIM card that I put in my burner phone

Yeah leaving the account doing nothing for 2 weeks isn't good, you should create some browsing history for first few days at least.

As I said, the account wasn't even created, I just entered Name and Phone number. No address, paypal whatsoever was added yet. It wasn't even a buyer account yet.

Setup was: New VM, Fresh IP, New Name, New email... my standard setup for 4 years.

Just found it odd to get an MC113 when only registering with email and Name, like the very very very first step you take after building some cookies.

Other accounts I created this week went through tho.

If you use the right setup and method you can hit 100 / £3500 on average about 60% of the time. I’m sure the account sellers on the marketplace here are doing it exactly the same as me

1000 / 12k is actually easy too .. one guy on fiverr showed me it for 40 usd. boom got that 1k /12k limits..

Yes, eBay start manually verification with human. when you 1st list eBay will suspend your account then you have to call them. when eBay support satisfied with your answer then they will reinstate your account.
