I really dont wanna go blind into this

guys I need to know if I created Canadian ebay/pp and started getting sales of 20-50$ will they limit my pp after the first sale asking for SIN or bank account or even docs? or everything will be okay and I will face some 21days holds then I will get to use the balance?

I am looking for someone who knows about this since I dont have enough money to just try it and I see what will happen
