I received that error message when I tried to make one time payment using Paypal to pay my seller fees.

My paypal is normal and have enough balance to pay my fee.

Please help me.

you have a blue dot for making cc payments,and you said you want to pay with PAYPAL fund?

did you choose pay with pp funds? Cant see it in your screenshot

Yeah, Ebay / Paypal Germany kinda got the same problem.

Looks like they got this fancy schmancy new design at the cost of functionality. As always. Lets wait a few days and see if they sort it out.

Is your pp setup with SSN? And full use of funds?

I am having similar issue as well. I prefer making small ebay payment to avoid a huge ebay fees on the day they automatically take payment out, so as to avoid triggering paypal. Since they have introduced this pmtapp system, I keep getting errors. Any other way around that?

Im Having the same problem theres no way to pay the ebay fees(canada) with paypal on 2 accounts due this new weird design

what did worked i payed the fees with a new credit card

i used a new credit card from my bank not vcc though

i usually pay down the fees monthly trough paypal
but something happend ebay made some changes recently
