I wouldn’t bother selling digital products. You’re going to run into problems when PayPal ask you to show proof of delivery.

Digital products are too high of a risk without some experimentation and "hopes"

If you want then you can sell. PayPal is doesn't problem but you need eBay account first. if you have 1 or 2 feedback eBay account then you can list easily.
