What do you prefer to use? Proxy, VPN, or VPS?

Lol... You want us to tell you howto? Either learn or buy the stealth guide. Using VMWare won't change your IP.

So here are the steps you need:

1. stealth guide. Start with this on how to create a new ebay and paypal.

2. Check secure.IPBurger.com for a new USA IP.

It's pointless to use VMware.

Basically you use a new windows user account, new VPN and the rest is in the guide.
