new ebay account and can't buy

Hello, I'm a new user on ebay and paypal and I'm trying to buy an item, but whenever I do the payment gets canceled. Does anyone know why that could be.

Any specific reason they gave for the cancellation of payment?

it says processing and then just returns back to the checkout page
