Windows 10 New User Account

Is there a possible way to create a new Win 10 user account without all programs/apps from the main account to be shown on the new one ?

I don't use Windows 10, so you're saying in windows 10 even when you create a a new user account it shares the APP and browser history ?

I didn't check the browsers history, but yes, on the new account I can see all of my programs from the main one.

I searched the net and there is only few answers about this issue including one from MS. They didn't help.

Is this a problem to make stealth in this case or better to find a way to create clean separate user account ?

There's no way to remove those, unless you have dual boot OS (different versions of Windows 10 OS) - much of a hassle.
OP - the easiest way for your problem is to have VMWare or any virtual machines you're comfortable with.
