eBay USA verifiy SSN account or eBay UK account
 

Hello,

for internationnal users it is better to buy an ebay USA verifiy SSN account or buy a normal UK account?
which of these accounts requires less verification? less problem? knowing that i will be working on ebay.com.

All of the PayPal accounts will undergo to such verification. There's no workaround on this.
You are required to send IDs, Proof of Address, Invoices, etc. sooner or later.
IF you have no USA Bank, you should not use USA accounts.
Never had any experience of being asked for docs in my UK accounts, so far.
Well, for my PH eBay/PayPal accounts, I have no problem in selling internationally (US/UK). Easiest for me to raise limits, and easy to restore limited accounts.

Considering that buying a USA SSN verified account wouldn't exactly be legal, you should probably look at a UK stealth account.
