Default EMS Scam Email?

A seller told me I would not pay him shipping.
Instead I would pay it directly to EMS. Never did this before.

This is a very poorly made email. Definitely ⊗⊗⊗⊗. Low quality images, poor grammar. And why would EMS use western union? They’re fully established business that accept easier payemnt methods. Ima have to call scam.
