I bought an paypal account, fresh new. SSN verified. linked virtual credit card, no confirmed. linked virtual bank account and confirmed. pp balance $0.01.
Google voice attached.

registered ebay based on SSN info . paypal linked. google voice linked.

Picked item $49. I have ebay gfit card $50 balance.

when I checkout , It not allowe me to choose paypal to pay.

it requires credit card . What should I do so I can continue. Please help.

I want to use a ebay gift card through paypal gateway. Is this possible?

But now, who can help me this issue. People say becuase I use new account, and card is virtual , is this true?

You need to add a valid debit/credit card to proceed.

I can't add real credit card, I do have my own credit card, but this is stealth paypal, different name...

I only added virtual credit card. so virtual credit card is dead end , am I right?

What i mean with the 'valid' - compatible or supported by the payment processor.
There are a lot of VCCs for different purposes.

Same problem. I've created a stealth account and linked VCC.
After attempting to make a purchase PP asked me to add a card, again, and again.
I changed my Chrome to Firefox and after 5 tries I could proceed next step, BUT my PP became limited((
Hey, how can I find 'valid' cards for those purposes? Does anybody provide the ones here, on Marketplace?

This guy has the same problem too. eventually , problem fixed. by time.

I'm giving up. I have time, but the item I want to buy will be long gone.
