listing on ebay.com using CA account
 

Hi..

So I just made new ebay acc located in CA then I tried to list after few days later but when I try to list my first item I got this message:

"In order to keep eBay a safe and trustworthy environment, we regularly review marketplace activity. As part of our review, we've temporarily placed a selling hold on your account. This hold will prevent you from listing new items."

I do know that I have to call them, is there any advice I should know before I call in? what do I tell them?

are you trying to list on Ebay USA or Ebay CA?

i got this as well, just call in, they didnt even bother to ask any questions, just if i was going to use account to buy or sell. 3 mins later it was restored

Pretty standard questions that can be answered with basic logic - example: do you have items in hand to sell? What will you sell? etc.

I called in she said sorry go find another platform lol, then I called after 10min they lift the hold
